HOP is Deliveroo's superfast supermarket, or as we like to think of it, the cheeky younger sibling of Deliveroo. With delivery promised in as little as 20 minutes and access to groceries even when other shops are shut, HOP is convenience if it got even more convenient.
We wanted to use CRM to tap into the way people feel when they really need that certain something from the shops but they also really really don't want to go out to get it.
